I apologize for the delay on this look, it was suppose to be up on my blog way sooner but here it is.
I have to say this is one of my favorite looks ever and its super simple to put together and comfortable.
I purchased the blush bomber from Daya by Zendaya. A clothing line started by the outspoken, inspirational, and beautiful Zendaya Coleman.
Not only did I want to support her because she is an amazing role model and a black business owner, but also because I never saw a bomber as chic as this one. Her prices are also affordable!
The color is gorgeous and it is long! Leave it zipped for a chic look in itself or if you leave it open its a perfect jacket to throw over almost anything…dresses, a top and skirt/pants, or how I wore it.
I paired the bomber with a black crop top from Charlotte Russe, black leggings from Forever 21, and black boots from Nordstrom.

Happy Wonderful Wednesday!
I hope that your week is going great! The weather in Baltimore right now is amazing. It is definitely starting to feel more and more like spring.
Even though I am working inside on this beautiful spring day, that doesn’t mean I can’t look fab and ready for spring!
As you may or may not know, I currently work at Nordstrom. I love being able to wear whatever I want (appropriately of course!) to work. Today, I decided to wear a navy blue tshirt dress.
I literally just purchased this dress yesterday from Forever 21 and it is so comfy, but yet still stylish. The blue is perfect for spring!
I paired the dress with one of my favorite pairs of shoes, floral vans! Floral is, of course a great print for spring because you will be matching all of the gorgeous flowers that are blooming.
I want to encourage you today to step outside of your comfort zone and wear a sporty look if you normally dress more feminine or try a more feminine look if sporty is your normal go to style. Don’t be afraid to push the envelope with your style, you won’t regret it!
Enjoy the rest of your week lovelies!
Valentine’s Day has always been my favorite holiday. I’m such a die-hard romantic where all things lovey dovey, cute, sweet, and couple related makes me extra happy!
Even though every day spent with your significant other should be just as important as Vday, it is still fun to have a day solely dedicated to being over the top romantic!
With Valentine’s Day comes lots of pinks, reds, and whites. I’ve always seen Vday as a day to wear a dress and heels.
To prepare for the holiday this year I tried to go for a non-traditional look that is still romantic, but also a tad bit edgy.
I decided to pair a white, lace crop top from Forever 21, with a light pink poncho from Kerisma. Throughout the day numerous people asked was the top and poncho one piece and complimented my look for styling it as such! 🙂
With my top and poncho combo, I also wore brown Hudson jeans and black, military-style heeled boots from Nordstrom. I feel like this look was a perfect balance of chic, modern, and romantic.

Good morning! I hope everyone is having a fantastic week so far!
My week has been extremely productive. I have been working on achieving a few of my smaller goals while getting closer to my bigger goals.
One of my goals for 2017 was to start blogging weekly and so far I can proudly say that I am meeting that expectation!
Today’s post focuses on a unique outfit I put together recently. When wearing this outfit, I went to a few different dressing rooms to see where I can get a great shot, hence the title being “Dressing Room Chronicles.”
My look: I wore a high neck, floral print, crop top from Nordstrom Rack. A pair of gray joggers from Forever 21 and for my shoes, floral print Vans!
Wearing sneakers is definitely out of the norm for me, but the floral pattern gives the shoes a chic edge which I loved.
The joggers allowed me to stay comfortable, while the crop top let me show off my creative side and the Vans helped tie the look together…no pun intended!
I’ve always been a big fan of print mixing and matching. My crop top and shoes are floral patterned, but differ in the size of the flowers and the colors. I think that it still worked out quite nicely together!
I don’t wear makeup often, but when I do definitely make sure I put on lipstick! I wore a red lip from the Burt’s Bees collection. Also, I tried a new pose to give me a touch of street chicness to my look.

It’s been over 2 years since I went to Seoul, South Korea to study abroad and I am ashamed to say I only wore this beautiful baseball cap I purchased there about 3 or 4 times since then.
But today I decided to dust it off and rock it in one of my more casual looks. I really haven’t worn the cap because I never know how to wear it!
I always dress up girly or preppy and never felt that the cap would look great with the outfits I’ve worn in the past. Recently, I went to Forever 21 and purchased 2 plain t-shirts, one olive green and one burgundy.
Once I purchased these casual tees, I knew that I could wear my cap with one of them. My cap is white and has a floral pattern in shades of orange, red and green and the brim of it is bright orange.
I paired my cap with my olive green shirt, white high waist shorts, and dusty orange sandals. I am really proud of myself for rocking this look because I rarely ever dress casual!
I feel like this look is something I can do over and over again and not get tired of it. Not only is it simple and chic, it is also super comfy and easy to chillax in.
And yes, these shots in the post are shameless bathroom selfies, minus the shot of my sandals lol
